Donations – Looking for items to sell to offset costs of running our Community Hall. LLCRAS Art Committee is working on crafting items to sell and we hope to put these on our Marketplace at www.loonlakecommunity.ca in the very near future. Volunteers – We are currently seeking a volunteer I.T. person to assist with hosting a General Meeting on Zoom Pro. We are also looking for volunteers to assist us with looking after the community grounds. A small amount of volunteer time can make a difference in keeping our property inviting and FireSmart. Grants – LLCRAS continues to seek grant money for our much-needed upgrades to our kitchen and bathrooms and other repairs and maintenance of the community hall. We are very lucky to have a dedicated Grant Writing Committee.

Satellite Dishes & Building Materials Wanted – LLCRAS Art Committee want your old satellite dishes. We take other people’s trash and make it into art. LLCRAS continues to repair and maintain the community hall grounds on a shoestring budget. We are looking for any sized plywood, 2 x 4’s, 2 x 6’s, 2 x 8’s, 2 x 10’s, fence posts, 4 x 4’s, 6 x 6’s, old barn board, black outdoor stain or paint, varathane, cinder blocks, gravel, sand, lava rock, good used condition picnic tables, patio furniture, tools etc. Before you take your “junk” to the Transfer Station, please check with us to see if we could use it in some way. Contactless pick up or drop off available.
