Loon Lake Fire Department – Fire Protection Kit Fundraising Program
The LLVFD is excited to be able to help roll out the TNRD’s fire protection kit fundraising program. This program has been put together by the TNRD in conjunction with New-Line Hose and Fittings; it offers cottage fire protection kits at below retail price with a portion of the proceeds going back to your community fire hall to fund fire protection on the lake. $38.00 from each kit sold goes back to your local fire hall to support your community.
The program offers 2 kits, as standard and premium, as outline in this product sheet. These kits are twice the size of the standard kits on the market and include:
- 4 sprinklers
- 4 hoses (5 in the premium kit)
- 4 spout manifold to hook up to your garden hose tap
- 1 adaptor to hook up to a gas powered pump (pump not included)
- Brass fire hose nozzle (the same ones the province uses)
We understand that not everyone that uses these kits is a full time resident; for this reason we also negotiated pricing on garden hose timers, these are not included in the kits, so you can have your kit turn on for a certain time every day. The details are available at the below links:

The program has been set up to make it easy and cost effective get your kit with three delivery options:
Option #1 – Your can pick them up at any New-Line location (please see this link for the location nearest you)

Option #2 – You can pay shipping and have it shipped directly to you.
Option #3 – You can add your order to the shipment going to the fire hall and pick up at the fire hall. The shipment will be shipped up every 2 weeks and the LLVFD will have a designated pickup time posted.
The price of the kits:
- The standard kit (Part# CFP-4000) – $175.00 plus tax
- The premium kit (Part# CFP-4001) – $275.00 plus tax
- Manual set timer (part# N9302) – $14.13 plus tax
- Electronic timer (Part# N9503) – $47.19 plus tax

Option # 2 – Call New-Line directly at 604-455-5400 and use account number T 1127 to get the special pricing.
